Lobster turns your health data into action. It brings progress photos, health metrics, meal tracking, and AI coaching into one place so you can stay consistent and focus on what actually moves the needle — whether your goal is losing weight, building muscle, or simply staying on track.
Log progress photos and Lobsterbuilds a visual timeline of your transformation. You can view before & after comparison cards and track your weight over time so you always have a clear picture of how far you've come.
Lobster is built around small actions repeated daily. You get:
Lobster is a native iOS app. Android support is planned for a future release.
Pricing details will be announced at launch. Waitlist members receive a special early-adopter discount.
Just take a photo of your food. Lobster uses AI to estimate calories, protein, carbs, fat, and other nutrition details automatically — no manual searching or barcode scanning required.
Photo-based estimates are a close approximation, not a lab measurement. Accuracy depends on portion visibility and food complexity. Use the estimates as a practical guide rather than an exact count. You can adjust any value after the AI generates it.
All logged meals are saved in your meal history inside the app. You can browse past entries, review your daily nutrition breakdown, and track trends over time.
When you grant permission, Lobster can read the following from Apple Health:
This data feeds into your daily coaching insights so Lobster can highlight what actually deserves your attention today.
On first launch, Lobster will ask for permission to access Apple Health. You can also go to Settings → Health → Connect Apple Health at any time. iOS will show you exactly which data types are being requested — you can grant or deny each one individually.
Open the iOS Health app, go to Sharing → Apps, tap Lobster, and turn off any data types you no longer want to share.
Your data — progress photos, health metrics, and meal logs — is stored securely in the cloud and synced to your Lobster account. It is accessible from any device where you are signed in.
Yes. Your personal data is never sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
On the Lobster sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and follow the instructions. A reset link will be sent to your account email. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@uselobster.app.
Inside the app, swipe left on any log entry or progress photo and tap Delete. The item is removed from your account immediately.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes all your data from our systems. Alternatively, email us at support@uselobster.app with the subject line “Delete my account” and we will process it within 30 days.
Data export is on our roadmap. Once available, you will find the option under Settings → Account → Export Data. In the meantime, contact us and we will assist you manually.
